I just wanted to thank everyone who takes the time to read my blog, write comments, or send me e-mails.  I appreciate your visits and correspondence.  I’m sorry if I owe you an e-mail, and haven’t yet responded.  I hope I’ll have the chance to play catch-up a little this weekend, as I’ll be home alone.

DS is going on his first Cub Scout camp, and he’s going with his dad.  Since DH (and that’s not “D” for “dear”)  has only spent an average of 2 hours a weekend with him over the past month, I declined the invitation to join them, preferring to allow them to have some “guy time” at camp.   Not that that should be my concern; if DH wants to spend time with his son, he needs to figure out his priorities, but this is not the time nor place for that rant. (I usually reserve them for my “private” posts. If you need the password, shoot me an e-mail, and I’ll be happy to oblige!)

Anyway, I’m meeting up with Holly for lunch today (we’re going to Chili’s – don’t tell DS – it’s his favorite place – he’s in love with the chocolate molten cake);  after that, I’ll head on home, and hope to spend the rest of the weekend catching up with e-mails, and maybe doing some stitching!
