Hehehe, I had to laugh at this … personally I’m enjoying the coolness of autumn, but in a couple of months in the depths of winter I might change my mind LOL. Although today Mum and I went for a walk for 1 1/2 hours and I was walking around the beach in short sleeved T-shirt … and it’s supposedly the first day of winter tomorrow!!
Hello … no kidding. Fall is my favourite; however, Summer we all get a break from school schedules. And, then again, there are all the county fairs : )
Oh, I wish I lived closer to House of Stitches. They are so nice in the store & have loads of goodies. Each visit I am inspired to purchase new projects!!! My friend bought the lime green candy tin, linen & crescent fibers. Should be a fantastic project.
I asked Linda about the thread drops as I use a lot of perle coton #5 on tabletoppers. I think the drops will be PERFECT for me. And thx for not buying them all before I got there!!!!! LOL I guess they have been in the store & I never noticed them before.
I picked up a couple more tabletopper patterns & Blackbird’s Spring Blessings (which I thought I had in my stash & must have loaned it out!!!) AND thread drops. Plus, bought one of her drawstring bags for my mending supplies. Seems I am always mending in the car & was delighted to find something I could use to hold EVERYTHING.
