Here’s where I will keep my progress on this challenge up to date.
Each month, I will mark off those that I have completed, and mark in bold those that are in progress.

Wish me luck!

Family
1. Send birthday cards to each of my immediate family members (I haven’t done this for years) – in progress – I’ve sent cards to both my parents who have January birthdays.
2. Write at least one letter a month (not e-mail) to my parents (ditto) –  Doing well so far!
3. Keep in touch at least once a week via e-mail with my parents – Ditto
4. Take DS to the library to pick out some books at least every 2 weeks.
5. Take DS for an “outing” (movie, museum, zoo etc.) at least once a month.

Health/Fitness
6. Lose 36 pounds (and more importantly, keep those pounds off!)
7. Run a 5k race
8. Run a 10k race
9. Run a ½ marathon
10. Exercise at least 4 days a week
11. Have a pap smear
12. Get a mammogram (my first – I’m a little late, I know – I should have had my first 6 years ago).

Blogging
13. Blog at least 3 times a week.
14. Comment on at least one “new to me” blog a day for a full monthDone!
15. Update my blog with the progress on this challenge at the end of each month
16. Post at least one finish/progress picture a week

Stitching
17. Complete “The Gift of a Friend” by The Heart’s Content
18. Complete “Roses” by Marjolein Bastin for Lanarte
19. Participate in 6 exchanges/round robins during the year
20. Send 10 RAKs – Done!!!!
21. Stitch (and finish!) 12 ornaments

Knitting
22. Knit a sweater for myself
23. Start the “Great American Aran Afghan” as a bedspread.

Technical (career/education)
24. Take a PMP (Project Management Professional) Exam prep course
25. Create a website for myself
26. Take at least 16 credit hours towards an AAS

Finances
27. Pay off back taxes - this is an ongoing work in progress!
28. Contribute 12% of gross income to 401(k)
29. Save $6,000
30. Buy House
31. Improve my credit score by at least 50 points

Home
32. Buy a wooden cutlery canister for my good flatware
33. Get 6 of my finished stitched pieces framed
34. Buy 2 matching bedside lamps

Fun/Travel
35. Become a member of the Shedd Aquarium
36. Take a weekend trip to Middlebury, Indiana
